Fort Worth restaurant seeks five star experience

Category: Going Out, North America, Regions, Restaurants, Texas, USA — Paul Johnson @ 2:20 pm

Gunsmoke Grill in Fort Worth TX is already a great little steakhouse, but the new chef wants to make it even better.   She wants to make it a “five-star” fine-dining restaurant. In two years,  it has gone through three chefs and countless concepts, from college-area bar and grill to Southwestern dining to cowboy beef palace. In that time, though, one thing has never changed: the steaks.   They are among the best in Fort Worth and, the good news is, they will still be on the menu.
