W Hotels has revealed plans to open its fifth international property and its first in South America. The 205-room W Santiago will be located across from Plaza Peru, on Avenida Isidoro Goyenechea in Santiago, Chile, and is expected to open in 2008. The development is a joint venture between the Territoria Group and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, W’s parent.
