A judging panel of 50 industry professionals and travel media has sifted through over 600 nominations for the 2006 HM Awards for Hotel & Accommodation Excellence to shortlist finalists across 36 categories. The awards celebrate the best of the best in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, and the winners will be unveiled in a ceremony at the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney, on 8th September 2006.

He is Winner of the Innovations in Travel ‘Best Travel Influencer’ Award from WIRED magazine. In addition to other awards, the blog has also been voted “one of the world’s best travel blogs” and “best for luxury” by The Daily Telegraph.
