Exclusive Resorts continues expansion

Exclusive Resorts, a leading destination club,  has announced that it plans to open 30 new luxury residences for its members before the end of 2006, including some dramatic glass-front homes in their Poro Poro development in Costa Rica. The ambitious plans mean the creation of two new residences a week.   They will add to the club’s existing portfolio of 300 properties with an estimated value of $800 million. If that wasn’t enough, a further seven new resort developments are scheduled to open in 2007 and 2008.
