New Zealand’s Kingsgate Hotel Oriental Bay Wellington is to undergo a NZD 10 million renovation, and will be transformed into a Copthorne Hotel. The waterfront property will be almost entirely re-fitted before taking on its new guise as the Copthorne Hotel Wellington, Oriental Bay. The hotel will remain part of Millennium Hotels and Resorts which is responsible for the Millennium, Copthorne and Kingsgate brands.
