America’s Top 10 Most Romantic Inns of 2007

Take note if you’re yet to book a stay for Valentines. We’re still only in January, but the the “Top 10 Most Romantic Inns of 2007″ as chosen by the guidebook publisher, American Historic Inns, Inc, has been revealed as follows:

    1. It’s interesting to note that this list doesn’t feature ANY of their top 10 from 2006 – you would think that at least one or two might have done so. Are they just sharing the accolade equally among their members, I wonder…?

      I also noticed that none of these made the top 10 list for 2008. I guess it’s a one and done thing.

    3. McMillan Inn in Savannah is really nice and in a great part of Savannah. I’ve heard rave reviews.

    4. Savannah is a beautiful city – very old worldee and deep south style. Set on the water there is so much to do. There are many great restaurants although I have to admit I personally am not a huge fan of the deep south cooking everything is either deep fried or cooked with love and butter.

      The city has so many squares all tree lined and perfect for sitting in and watching the world go by. and who knew that Savannah has the seond biggest St Patricks day in the states!!!!! And a huge Irish population. Its a city full of mysteries and beautiful architecture that are worth exploring.
