Category: Accommodation, Europe, Germany, Hotels, Regions, Western Europe — Paul Johnson @ 1:07 pm

Accor has acquired complete control of the German hotel group Dorint AG in which it previously had a 34% stake. Dorint has retained 41 hotels in a separate company but the deal means that Accor gains 52 hotels in Germany which it will re-brand under its Sofitel, Novotel and Mercure brands.
