Silverjet – a new business class only airline operating between London and New York – has added some new features to their website. You can now personalise your flights online and make it different each time you fly. Choose what you want to eat, decide where you want to sit, book a chauffeur transfer or simply check in online. As far as food is concerned, you can flick through their specials menu and order an alternative main course up to 48 hours before departure. Now that’s service.
