Three Michelin stars go to Anne-Sophie Pic

Anne-Sophie PicThe 2007 Michelin Guide came out this week and it revealed that a  woman has been award three Michelin stars for the first time in over half a century.   The recipient, Anne-Sophie Pic, is aged 37 and joint owner of the Maison Pic hotel and restaurant in Valence. She is only the fourth French woman to have won the award since the restaurant guide began back in 1926.

    1. We spent New Years Eve 2009/10 at Anne-Sophie Pic’s new restaurant in the Beau-Rivage Palace, Lausanne Switzerland. Needless to say it was out of this world.
