Transformation at PUCK in The Hague, Netherlands

Category: Europe, Going Out, Netherlands, Regions, Restaurants, Western Europe — Paul Johnson @ 3:52 pm

PUCKThe restaurant PUCK (which stands for pure unique Californian kitchen) in The Hague  has been transformed. It’s moved a little further up Prinsestraat and is now an open, light showroom with glass all around. The central portion of the restaurant contains a large, steel kitchen from which creations such as “raw Scottish salmon roll stuffed with sesame-seaweed salad” and “pan-sautéed, hand-dived scallops with pecan nut crust and sweetwood crème” emanate.
