The art of Vietnamese cookingJoin Echo Palm Beach for their final interactive evening of the season – ‘the art of Vietnamese cooking’ – where their most popular dishes will be prepared before your eyes. A demo and dinner starts at 6.30pm on 11th April 2007 in the Far East Room. The four-course dinner includes a half-price specialty drink to complement the cuisine, and the evening costs $70 per person.
