Dubai – New Arabian Cuisine

Dubai cuisineIn the award winning new cookbook Dubai – New Arabian Cuisine, four chefs from the JW Marriott Hotel Dubai have created an innovative gastronomic genre – also known as ‘haute’ Arabian cuisine – that bridges the culinary arts of Arabia and Europe to produce a cuisine rich in flavour and heritage but with global appeal.   The book launched to rave reviews at the 2006 Frankfurt Book Fair, and in April, it was designated “Best Foreign Cookbook in the World,” at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards held in Beijing, China.
