Women demanding female Pamplona

Last weekend saw the start of the San Fermin festival in Pamplona. This 9-day long event controversially centres upon the famous ‘running with the bulls’ spectacle each morning. Only a small percentage of those that run are female. And now it’s being reported by Reuters that the women of Pamplona are feeling left out and are demanding their own event which, of course, would entail ‘running with the cows’.
