A pleasant surprise

FiguresNormally at this time of year traffic to most travel-based websites is in decline.   Typically you get strong  figures from January to Easter, a steady base of traffic through the summer and then a gradual, continual decrease as Christmas gets ever nearer, before a sharp rise in the following  January and the cycle repeats itself.   So, with June, July and August each attracting over 20,000 uniques, I just checked the  September stats, bracing myself for a slightly lower figure.   But no… a whopping 40,072 of you visited last month and the figures for the first few days of this month suggest that October could be equally strong.
