One of London’s favourite boutique hotels, The Draycott is standing by its traditional affiliation with the theatre by offering guests the chance to catch the UK premiere of Neil LaBute’s exciting new plays, Helter Skelter/Land of the Dead at The Bush Theatre, Shepherd’s Bush. In two stunning companion pieces, award-winning playwright, screen writer and film director Neil LaBute charts the trajectories of two regular couples in contemporary America, and their extreme responses to sudden changes in their lives. LaBute’s previous successes have included Nurse Betty, In the Company of Men, Bash and The Mercy Seat, and he has also had actors such as Nicholas Cage, Calista Flockhart, Sigourney Weaver, Ben Stiller and Renée Zellweger queueing up to work with him. As well as complimentary tickets to the play, guests will also be treated to complimentary afternoon tea, pre-theatre Champagne and a hot chocolate before bed! Rates start from £145 per person, staying in a Deluxe Double on a B&B basis. Price quoted is subject to availability, excludes VAT, is based on 2 adults sharing a room on a per night basis and includes two tickets for one night only per room. It is valid for the nights of the 15th & 16th January 2008 only.
