Nice list! I've been to Bermuda numerous times but never explored the Pompano. I've usually stayed at one of the Princess Hotels and have enjoyed some Super Deals at those.

Interesting to see East Winds in St. Lucia. Has anyone stayed there? I don't remember seeing it much when planning our trip to St. Lucia.

Hi Kevin

Thanks for dropping by and posting.

I am also a little perplexed as to why we don't get more comments here. I had wondered whether it was our spam blocker but I'm not convinced that it's blocking legitimate comments.

Perhaps ironically, one of the psts that seemed to attract the most comments was this one: http://www.aluxurytravelblog.com/2008/01/08/please-tell-me-youre-reading-this-by-posting-a-comment/

To me, it shows that people do read the blog but that - for whatever reason - they largely choose not to comment. I'm not sure why but wouldn't be interested to hear more about your suggestion. Were you referring to something like the ability to 'Digg' individual posts?

Kind regards

I'm pleased to see that Ochos Rios gets a mention on your blog, though personally I prefer the Sans Soucis hotel.

Considering the depth and variety of your web log, I'm surprised that there aren't more comments. Have you ever considered putting a "share this" widget on the site? It's great for kicking up some social buzz.
