Go Green in St. Moritz

badrutts.jpgSituated amidst breathtaking scenery with stunning views of the Swiss Alps from the guestrooms, Badrutt’s Palace is an historic symbol of St. Moritz. A favourite of celebrities and royalty since opening in 1896, the hotel is a celebration of style, sports and fashion. The hotel has a new ‘green’ heating system whereby 80% of their daily use is supplied by a heat pump using water drawn from Lake St. Moritz.   To promote this, they are offering a “Go Green in St. Moritz” package: 3 nights for 2 people in a Superior Room, a horse-drawn carriage trip to Roseg Glacier, an organic picnic Palace basket per person, tickets to discover the Clean Energy Tour around St. Moritz and a guided tour of the hotel’s new heating system, all for a price starting from 2,200 CHF for a Superior double.
