BBQ Mastery at The Greenbrier

The Greenbrier‘s popular barbecue classes are taking a new twist with the introduction of BBQ Mastery at The Greenbrier.   This culinary event will give grill lovers everywhere the opportunity to receive a crash course in grilling and barbecuing meat.   Three of the nation’s most well-known barbecue experts – Ray Lampe, Myron Mixon and Chris Lilly – will be providing hands-on instruction during these 3-day events which take place on the following dates: 29th  June 29 – 2nd July, 13th-16th July and 17th-20th August 2008. Each unique weekend includes daily barbecue demonstrations and classes, where participants are able to learn first-hand by cooking and preparing the food used in each demonstration.   Class topics include Whole Hog Demo, How to Build a Fire That Lasts, Chicken and Ribs and Rub Making, and are limited to 50 students each.
