New luxury comes to Peru

Category: Accommodation, Hotels, Peru, Regions, Resorts, South America — Paul Johnson @ 12:16 am

You can now experience the Andes in more luxury than ever, thanks to the opening of three new hotels.    Firstly, there’s  La Casona Inkaterra in  Cuzco, a carbon-neatural addition to the hotel market  which has prestigious neighbours in the form of the Museo de Arte Precolombino and the world famous  Hotel Monasterio. Secondly there’s Las Casitas Del Colca at  Colca Canyon which has been converted from a 7-room lodge in a dramatic canyon deep in Peru to a 20-cottage establishment run by Orient Express.   Finally there’s Hotel Sumaq, Aguas Calientes, a new family-run hotel close to Machu Picchu.
