I have seen it at several restaurants. All types of seafood pasta's are becoming increasingly more popular. Definately not my choice tho. IT really takes away from the flavour of the seafood. What is the new concept to me. Sounds like their previous restaurant failed, so they are trying something else. I am personally not a big fan of the Palazzo. The staff and service is absolutely horrendous. The suites are nice, however it does not make up for the brutal service. The only time I stay here is when I am forced to do to a conference.
