Part of the Innkeepers portfolio, Hotel Charles is aiming to be the city’s most stylish boutique property. The 98 room hotel promises quiet luxury, charm and privacy over ostentatious opulence. Rates to be confirmed.

    1. I’ve actually traveled to this part of the world several years ago. Great place if you love wine. The Food, however, is a little too adventurous for me. I am actually working on reviewing this hotel in September. The European style balconies are a real treat for view lovers.

    2. @ryan I would have to say that this area of Australia probably has some of the most exciting twists on traditional food. I just love the freshness and roots that Tassy’s cuisine offers!
