I’ve actually traveled to this part of the world several years ago. Great place if you love wine. The Food, however, is a little too adventurous for me. I am actually working on reviewing this hotel in September. The European style balconies are a real treat for view lovers.

@ryan I would have to say that this area of Australia probably has some of the most exciting twists on traditional food. I just love the freshness and roots that Tassy’s cuisine offers!
