The Cinnamon Club goes to Manhattan

Vivek Singh, executive chef and CEO of The Cinnamon Club in London, is bringing his culinary prowess to New York’s Upper East Side in February with a pop-up restaurant at Desmond’s NYC. Owned by David Hart, formerly of Soho House and Claridge’s, the Manhattan must-eat has become a firm favourite with society types since its opening last year and will provide the perfect backdrop to Vivek’s inspired fare. Highlights on the menu may include seared breast of Long Island duck with Hyderabadi-style sesame and tamarind sauce, with everything served from Desmond’s open-plan kitchen and washed down with one of Vivek’s signature Cinnamon Bellinis. Running from 7th to 11th February 2012, it’s sure to the be one of the hottest tickets in town.
