Size of accommodation: 5,000 sq ft

What makes it special? A subtle influence of low-key hacienda bursting with modern amenities.

You’ll forget to visit the beach once you step inside this luxurious, million dollar penthouse on the beach of Puerto Penasco. With a private patio opening out into the ocean, it almost looks like the waves were added later, just to go with the décor. This behemoth on the beach features 5,000 square feet of opulence, with a separate bar area, Travertine marble floors throughout, brick-domed high ceilings, arched doorways, floor and bath room mosaics and Bas relief tropical motifs in all of the bedrooms.

Who in the world rents everything ‘private’, when this is all about showing off. A private Jacuzzi, private beach access and private entrance make it hard to be humble when you’re kicking back in recliners overlooking the ocean from this awesome patio.

3 master suites mean no one gets the couch after the mad dash for dibs in this ground-level luxury penthouse. The large formal dining table seats 8 guests. There are 3 Refrigerators, 1 with a large freezer and icemaker, one on the patio and a wine cooler in bar. A great place to relax and compile your memoirs or celebrate the fact that you sold them.
