Now you, too, can have an iPad Mini installed in your car dashboard

No sooner had the iPad Mini gone on sale yesterday, and already someone has a built-in one in their car! Knowing the iPad Mini’s dimensions, the people at Soundwaves in Tampa, FL had already had the dashboard of a Toyata custom fabricated ahead of the iPad Mini’s launch. Here’s a video showing the installation that was carried out… and what’s really rather smart is that the device even works with the in-car speakers. Now if only Apple Maps was half decent, this could almost be deemed useful…
