Photograph of the week: Lago Grey moonrise

Paine National Park in Chile is one of the most challenging environments in which to get good shots, with its jagged landscape, oscillating moods and grand vistas. Here, Bruce Percy captures Paine during a rare quiet phase, at night, with the famous winds reduced to a flutter, giving a rare and perfect moonlit mountain reflection in Lago Grey. Thank you to Andean Trails for permission to re-produce the image. If you have a really special photograph you would like to share with  A Luxury Travel Blog‘s readers, please contact us.
