New Maasai warrior experience for children

Children staying at CottarÂ’s 1920s luxury safari camp in the Maasai Mara are being invited to join in a Maasai warrior session which includes fun-learning on how to make fire, spear throwing, bow and arrow practice and other activities incorporating the fascinating culture of the Maasai people. The activities are organised by CottarÂ’s own Maasai team and led by Kinyaika, one of the oldest Maasai trackers in the business. The course gives parents the chance to enjoy a peaceful game drive followed by a romantic sundowner in the spectacular setting of the majestic Maasai Mara. Cottars There is no extra charge for the Maasai Warrior experience and no age restrictions, although guests are advised to use common sense given the activities involved.
