  1. Fantastic post and I love the variety of ideas you have shared with us. Las Cuevas is one of my favorite places in Madrid. Wonderful food and a friendly staff who I have found love to help you try new things.

  2. I’m flying to Madrid tonight and I will for sure go to Laa Cuevas de Louis Candelas!
Thanks for sharing this ideas ;)

  3. I just got back from Madrid this weekend. The Segway tour is a great idea, I found it to be fun and a great way to see the city.

  4. Segways are embarrassing, everyone looks and laughs at you. Way to stand out to the pickpocketers, too, who are good enough to pilfer as you move past them.

  5. Cuevas de Louis Candela is actually well known for being the oldest tavern in Madrid. When I there in in 1992, our taxi driver suggested it to us and we dined there. Just recently, I met someone who told me they had dined at the oldest restaurant in Madrid, I presume the same place.
