  1. Don’t forget Giraffe Manor in Nairobi, where you can get up close and personal with giraffes. I stayed at this beautiful, romantic old manor house whilst on honeymoon and had a wonderful breakfast with the giraffes. Heaven!

  5. I agree! Africa has got to be one of the most romantic honeymoon destinations! I wouldn’t leave Samburu in Kenya off the list…incredible wildlife, views, luxury and thousands of acres of wilderness all to yourself!

We had a wonderful honeymoon in Africa, horseback safari at Ant’s hill in Waterberg SA, waking up to the sound of hippos and a lovely private bath on a beach at Tongabezi in Zimbabwe and learning to scuba dive in the Bazarutoarchipeligo Archipeligo at the stunning and remote Pambele, Mozambique, amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.
