El Banco
Tim Koogle, the founding CEO of Yahoo! Inc., is creating a luxury development called El Banco on the coast of Mexico. Part of the community will consist of an all-suite luxury boutique hotel. In addition, there will be oceanfront lots and 14 beach villas, with starting prices of $3 million. Completion is expected by the end of the year.
