Alain Ducasse expands in Paris

Alain DucasseAlain Ducasse, an amazing chef with nine Michelin stars (three stars each in Paris, Monte Carlo and New York), not to mention three of the most expensive restaurants in the world, has an ever-growing miniempire. Two years ago, he took over Aux Lyonnais, a lovely little place that had seen better days. And last year he grabbed  Benoît, a restaurant that originally opened in 1912 with an increasingly poor reputation in its latter years.   Both offer spectacular settings for simple, straightforward food that is less expensive than that of his flagships.
