Three more Berlin hotels

The MandalaLast month, I  described the Q! Hotel in Berlin, visited by none other than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. But there are other places to be seen in the German capital: the newly opened Lux 11 in the Mitte district offers compact, ultra-modern rooms  (or ‘apartments’ as they refer to them), tastefully decorated in cream, complete with their own kitchens (although a restaurant is expected later this year); the recently re-opened, chic  Mandala Hotel  (formerly the Madison Potsdamer Platz hotel) with its 166 suites, and Ku ‘Damm 101, Berlin’s answer to luxury accommodation with a touch of urban style.
