Grand Cayman’s The Waterford Private Residence Club
The Waterford will offer a new vacation home alternative to buyers who insist on all the advantages of luxury home ownership, without any of the hassles. It is to be built in Crystal Harbour, overlooking beautiful North Sound in Grand Cayman and will consist of 50 two- and three-bedroom residences (up to 3,000 square feet) as well as four waterfront estate homes. The club will enable owners to purchase a membership in a multi-million dollar residence for a small fraction of the cost of total ownership.
