Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Denver

The 367-room Embassy Suites in downtown Denver is to become Denver’s first Ritz-Carlton hotel. It will be transformed into a 202-room hotel and 23 luxury condos and be known as the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Denver. Average room rates are likely to be upwards of $250 per night and the condos will probably be somewhere above the $600 per square foot mark. The hotel will close at the end of this month and the $75-million transformation is expected to be completed by the Spring of 2007.
