Trump International Hotel and Tower Waikiki Beach WalkThe new Trump International Hotel and Tower Waikiki Beach Walk is being designed by the Manhattan, New York-based Guerin-Glass Architects in conjunction with Benjamin Woo Architects of Honolulu and will include a two-story lobby with sprawling ocean views and about 460 luxury hotel-condos ranging from 150 to 900 sq metres, as well dining and retail space. Lavish  extras will include a library, wine cellar, lobby bar, café, outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace with ocean views, indoor/outdoor dining and bar area, cabanas with tropical landscaping and a private fitness centre and spa. Construction  begins early this year and  completion is  expected in the first half of  2009.
