2007 Oregon Truffle Festival

TruffleThe second annual Oregon Truffle Festival will commence in Eugene tomorrow and run for three days. The state of Oregon has become renowned for its truffles and this is celebrated by the festival which brings together “harvesters, chefs, growers and gastronomic aficionados”. Among the events there will be a Grand Truffle Dinner, a Truffle Grower’s Forum, truffle dog training demonstrations, and cooking demonstrations.
