Buying your dream holiday home

Dream homeIf  money wasn’t the key limiting factor that it so often is, where would you choose to have your dream holiday home, what type of house would it be, and why? Would you prefer to opt for fractional ownership? Are there any existing holiday home owners that would like to speak out and share their own experiences?

  1. My ideal holiday home abroad would be a beachfront villa, with private pool pearched on the edge of a silver white beach. This beach could be anywhere, but I suspect it would be somewhere exotic.

I do already own a villa already in Spain, but it is slightly inland, and surrounded by other villas. There isn’t much romantacism to be found there, just a lot of British expats getting drunk.

I have visited many different destinations around the world, and so far I havn’t found my ideal location. Maybe it doesn’t exist…

  2. I would love to have a home in the Sarasota FL area and a vacation home in North Carolina. I may consider a fractional home for the rental but not primary residence. Maybe someday would consider both for fractional.
