A Luxury Travel Blog on Twitter

I must admit, I’m a little dubious about the benefits of Twitter, though I know a lot of people swear by it.   It’s only fair, I suppose, that I give it a try.   If you want to follow A Luxury Travel Blog on Twitter, then go to https://twitter.com/luxurytravel  – it’s just the blog RSS feed at the moment, along with a feed from the Luxury Travel Forum over at AardvarkTravel.net.   If I get more into it, I might try adding a tweet or two when I’m on the move.

  1. Paul, glad you got more into it. An RSS Feed is really annoying and a duplication of effort. If anyone wants an RSS feed then they can subscribe. Twitter is more akin to your forums, except that you can ask questions, comment, answer questions on all kind of subjects.
My pet hate on Twitter at present is Twitterfeed, as too often it is used to flood the stream with multiple Tweets. Surveys conducted have shown that doing this leads to a lot of unfollows.
