New luxury villa in St Tropez for Sanctuary Retreats

Luxury operator Sanctuary Retreats has added a luxury villa in St Tropez to its portfolio in time for the Cannes Film Festival, which this year takes place between 13th and 24th May 2009. Sanctuary Retreats has further announced that it still has availability at three of its properties in and around Cannes during the festival. ‘Villa 7‘ is a stylish villa designed in the neo-Provencal style. It has stunning views of the bay, the Alps and the village of St Tropez. The property has three ensuite bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. What’s more, ‘Villa 7’ also has a wine cellar, an outside dining terrace and a 17m heated pool set amongst the garden’s palm trees. Cannes is a short boat trip away from St. Tropez.

  1. I don’t even want to know the rates during Cannes! It is incredible how many rich people will pay an excessive amount of money just to say they saw someone famous. Nonetheless, it looks like a beautiful property, and I know the location well! Such a beautiful beach right close by (quite private too)

  2. I wouldn’t like to go to a place which was buzzing with the rich and famous. You’d probably get all the paparazzi swarming about too. No thanks!

  3. The credit crucnh is obviously hitting the cannes festival as well if they still have availability – sound like fabulous properties though!

  4. We would “LOVE” to go to the Cannes Film Festival regardless of staying in one of these high end villas. Though during the Cannes festival you can bet any hotel will be at its peak. I am a screenwriter and just the thought of rubbing elbows with some of the industry professionals, it would be fantastic! Jen, this is not in Africa, this is the south of France, JFYI
