Croatia – the new tourism star of the European Union

The Croatian National Tourist Board has released a new promotional video entitled ‘Croatia – the new Tourism Star of the European Union’ in the run up to the country’s admission to the EU in July. The video is an extension of last year’s Ode to Joy by Ana Rucner, which marked a shift in the tourist board’s approach to focus more on inland Croatia. You can watch the new video below:

  1. I was actually in Croatia about 20 years ago, but didn’t get much beyond Zagreb as this was during the war. I did however enjoy Zagreb and the video makes me want to return to explore the rest of the country.

    The video was well put together and should definitely produce an increase of visitors.

    @Dave Missed the best parts of the country. Adriatic coast is most famous tourist destination.
