  1. Excellent list of luxury hotels in New York. You actually did pretty well to shortlist 10 as there are loads 5 star hotels in Manhattan. My favourite out of the list you outlined is the Lowell Hotel. The rooms there are comfortable and the service is world class. I really enjoyed the food in the onsite restaurant as well.
