  1. The best of them are perfect blend between luxurious amenities and amazing surrounding nature. You can have a very luxurious apartment in down town Manhattan, for example, but you will never enjoy it as a real sanctuary amidst amazing surroundings.

  2. I visited Roatan this year and it is all they said and more. This island is friendly, lush, unspoiled, inexpensive and has so much to do. We used Roatan Island Plus for personalized tours with a real Honduran gentleman, Cardy Grant. His team showed us the whole island, and by the end we felt like family.

  3. Very glad to see that Mukul in Nicaragua gets a well-deserved mention. There are also a couple more spots in Nicaragua that could be on this list, but Mukul is by far the tip of the tree. Strongly recommended!
