  1. Ah but are all these places reached by business or first class flights, with quiet, peaceful airport lounges?

Flying economy to get to such luxury destress will not de-stress.

It takes 2 days to even start a holiday and a week to ten days to get a full rest cure.

The first thing you need after a long flight is an acupressure massage to take out the stress of sitting long in a plane and the stress of travelling anyway, of your neck shoulders and back.

Going offline as much as possible reduces the ageing affect of computering and smartphones. Your eyes need a rest as much as mind body and spirit.

To prevent stress and keep you on an even keel, you need a short or long break every couple of months. Anyone telling you that is sloth, is talking against your health and wellbeing being maintained to keep the good life and ignore them. More fool them for walking themselves into an early grave if they don’t take care!

  2. The floating massage image looks bad for me. I’d be dizzy and having seasick. lol. I am currently living in Thailand and there are plenty of super spas here too. One of which is The Six Senses at Koh Yao Noi. Simply stunning.
