  1. This is a really great article and in truly laid-back locales. I love that you selected them as you say not for their white glove service or butlers which is something I think a lot of people come to expect. But charm and authenticity trump all.

But fyi, it’s St. Vincent and the Grenadines not just “the grenadiines”

  2. Hi Kristie,

Thank you. We have spent years searching for the Caribbean’s hidden gems and we are glad you understand exactly why we love them!

  3. These all sound so wonderful; esp. to visit in the winter. It seems like a different world than the “normal” world. My sister has been to all of these islands and I am finally going to get to at least see some islands on a cruise this winter. Then, hopefully my husband will agree to visit them one by one.

  4. The Grenadines are indeed the best destination and Mustique Island is and will be for me the Best Paradise ever. To rent a Villa is the best Holiday I have ever had. Thanks for the great article!

  5. Of the Caribbean Islands, we enjoyed Virgin Gorda & Bequia the most! Bequia is so laid back & beautiful. Well worth a re-visit & stay!
