  1. I think there’s a real business brain behind this very clever concept. As people say nowadays this could be a real “game-changer”.

    I’ve always liked the idea of a Great Train Ride but I’ve watched too much travel television where Palin or Cleese reluctantly squeeze themselves into a bunk bed. I’ve been there and done it myself too – not pleasant. Suites could well be the way ahead.

    The Suite Train Shiki-Shima could mark the beginning of a new Golden Age of Rail Travel. Though I suspect that the concept may flourish in a country offering more than just a three day trip. Imagine this on the Trans-Siberian Express.
