Tragic news just in that there have been two explosions close to the finish of the Boston Marathon. The full picture is still emerging but one of the explosions appears to have been in the vicinity of the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel, Boston and the other at another location on the same street (Boylston Street). News of a third incident at the JFK Library is also just coming through.
