Salish Lodge & Spa, situated 30 minutes east of downtown Seattle, has a special Valentine’s weekend celebration menu from 10th-13th February 2006. The exclusive 5-course menu for The Dining Room is available for $125 per person, and includes a choice of seared hand-selected diver’s scallops, honey and thyme glazed rack of lamb, or roasted tenderloin of country beef. Alternatively, you can enjoy a special 3-course menu in The Attic Bistro on Valentine’s Day itself.
