UnderSea Resort planned off the coast of Miami

UnderSea Resort and Residences is a new, ocean-living concept incorporating the elegance of a luxury cruise ship atmosphere. The $400 million resort will be anchored 3 miles off the Miami coast line and claims that it will include the largest spa ever built. There will also be a large casino, some 600 suites, a golf driving range and a helicopter service to and from the resort. Similar projects are planned for San Francisco, Laguna Niguel, San Diego, Miami, Palm Beach, New York City, Boston, Montecarlo, Rome and Venice.
