Couldn’t agree more with the inclusion of Billy Kwong in sydney. It is a fabulous oriental restaurant run by the tv chef kylie kwong. The food is spectacular and the duck is superb. You can’t book a table but the best thing is to go in ask for a table and go across to bar across the road they will phone you when your table is ready.
