Photograph of the week: Sunrise in Hawaii

Driving down to his office in Hanalei, Kauai one morning, Mike Lyons noticed unusual fog floating over the taro fields. He passes these gorgeous fields every day yet this clear calm morning was unique. Pulling over after crossing the one lane bridge into the valley, he stopped and savoured a gorgeous moment. The sun had just hit the peaks of Na Molokama and Hihimanu in the distance and these three nene geese came quietly out of the tall grass.
