Parma culinary tour from Select Italy and Academia Barilla
Select Italy has recently announced a new and exciting culinary adventure in Italy. In partnership with Parma’s Academia Barilla (recently featured on the Food Network), the Chicago-based tour operator and travel agency has created a luxury culinary getaway in the heart of the Italian bread-basket: Parma. This seven-day luxury tour is scheduled to start on 21st October 2006 features cooking classes, gastronomic excursions, five-star hotels and deluxe amenities.
